摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of the medical record copy optimization on the quality of medical record management,aim to provide reference for the management of medical records. Method:From June 2015,medical record copy process optimization were implemented,optimization of the first 4 months and 4 months after the transformation medical record copy waiting time,window stay time,idle probability and the probability of waiting for patients after arrival were recorded and compared.Result:After implemented medical record copy optimization,the transformation medical record copy waiting time,window stay time,idle probability and the probability of waiting for patients after arrival were all lower than the before implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical record copy optimization improves the level and quality of medical record management,further enhance the level of hospital services,the medical record copy management can better serve the society and the patient.关键词
