预防护理在股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定术治疗老年股骨骨折中的应用
The Application of Preventive Care on the Elderly Femoral Fractures with Proximal Femoral Nail Fixation Treatment

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of preventive care on the elderly femoral fractures with proximal femoral nail(PFNA) fixation treatment.Method:From April 2014 to April 2015,70 cases of elderly femoral fractures in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 35 cases.The control group was treated with routine care and the observation group was treated with preventive care,the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Result:The hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of hip joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive care has a good effect on the femoral fractures with PFNA fixation treatment,it is worth of be recommended.关键词
