口腔护理干预在慢性牙周炎种植治疗中的应用及效果观察
Application and Effect Observation of Oral Nursing Intervention in Chronic Periodontitis Implant Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral nursing intervention on chronic periodontitis implant therapy.Method:From September 2012 to September 2014,68 cases of implant treatment periodontitis patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 34 cases.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given oral care intervention on basis of the control group,clinical effects after implant treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The two groups of 3,6,12 months modified plaque index(mPLI),modified gingival sulcus bleeding index(mSBI) and probing depth(PD) levels had statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Bone resorption of two groups for 1-12 months had statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chronic periodontitis implant therapy play an important role in patients with improving the oral hygiene and the success rate of implant treatment for patients with the BASS brushing and flossing method,it can effectively improve the health condition of the surrounding tissue of the plant,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
