Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of Ziyinqingre Fang for patients with recurrent oral ulcers inflammatory factors.Method:From June 2011 to July 2015,44 cases of recurrent oral ulcers in our hospital were selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into study group(n=24) and control group (n=20).The study group used Ziyinqingre Fang treatment,the control group used Complex Vitamins B, Levamisole Tablets for clinical treatment.Changes in plasma IL-2,IL-8 before and after treatment,TNF-α, ulcer area,congestion area were measured and recorded.Two groups of patients immune function,plasma endothelin-1 index were analyzed and compared.Result:After treatment for 12 weeks,both groups of patients with plasma IL-2,IL-8,TNF-α levels compared with before treatment were improved(P<0.05),after treatment for 12 weeks,the study group of patients with plasma IL-2,IL-8,TNF-α were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment of 6 days, the study group ulcers and congestion area reduced than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).During the onset of oral ulcers,peripheral blood of the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD56+, CD4+/CD8+ cell percentage of the study group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,the plasma endothelin-1 indexes whole blood reduced viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,erythrocyte aggregation index of the study group were significantly better than the control group,the differences had statistics significance (P<0.05).The total effective rate between the two groups was compared,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Ziyinqingre Fang can significantly reduce levels of inflammatory recurrent oral ulcers,the clinical efficacy and safety,reliable,remarkable achievements,lower prices,should be vigorously promoted and
