Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of prostatic hyperplasia combined indirect inguinal hernia operation for elderly patients.Method:From January 2010 to January 2015,40 cases of BPH combined indirect inguinal hernia in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to hospital admission sequence number,each group had 20 cases.The observation group was given the tension-free inguinal hernia repair combined transurethral resection of prostate,the control group was given the tension-free inguinal hernia repair and postoperative was given the Finasteride oral treatment of hyperplasia of prostate.The clinical curative effect of two groups were observed. Followed-up 1 year,the international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life index score(QOL) and indirect inguinal hernia recurrence rate of two groups after 1 year were observed.Result:In the observation group, 14 cases were markedly improved,the efficiency rate was 70.00%,and total effective rate was 95.00%.In the control group,8 cases were markedly improved,the efficiency was 40.00%,and total effective rate was 75.00%. The efficiency rate and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0.05).Followed-up 1 year,IPSS score and QOL score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group within 1 year had no hernia recurrence and the control group had 4 cases recurrence,the recurrence rate was 20.00%.The hernia recurrence rate of observation group was obviously lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prostatic hyperplasia combined indirect inguinal hernia operation for elderly patients has a good clinical curative effect,it can significantly improve the quality of survival and reduce the indirect inguinal hernia recurrence rate.关键词
