摘要

Abstract

Autophagy is a lysosomal degradation pathway that cyclic uses the damaged organelles and the macromolecular protein to maintain catabolic process of cellular homeostasis.This process has extremely close relationship with a variety of diseases including tumor. The recent research indicated that autophagy may play both positive and negative influence in different development stage of the tumor.Moreover,in different type of tumor, autophagy has different role.Therefore,the specific mechanism of autophagy in the development of tumor is becoming a research hotspot,which also has certain guiding significance for promoting the clinical treatment on tumor.Here we have a review summarized the research advance of autophagy and its role in tumor development.
