自噬及其在肿瘤发生发展中作用的研究进展OA
The Research Advance of Autophagy and Its Role in Tumorigenesis
自噬是通过溶酶体途径，降解并循环利用受损的细胞器和大分子蛋白，从而维持细胞稳态的分解代谢过程。这一过程与包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病有着极其密切的关系。最新研究表明，在肿瘤不同的发生发展阶段，自噬可能发挥着正反两方面的作用，而在不同的肿瘤中，自噬所发挥的作用也不尽相同。因此，自噬在肿瘤发生发展中的具体作用机制正在成为研究热点，对促进肿瘤的临床治疗也有一定的指导意义。本文就自噬及其在肿瘤发生发展中作用的研究进展做一综述。
Autophagy is a lysosomal degradation pathway that cyclic uses the damaged organelles and the macromolecular protein to maintain catabolic process of cellular homeostasis.This process has extremely close relationship with a variety of diseases including tumor.
