高效液相色谱法同时测定黄疸茵陈颗粒中黄芩苷等6种成分含量
Simultaneous determination of six components such as baicalin in Huangdan Yinchen Keli by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) me-thod for the simultaneous determination of baicalin, baicalei, wogonoside, wogonin, oroxylin A and oroxylin A-glucoronide in Huangdan Yinchen Keli by HPLC. Methods HPLC was adopted by using an XB-C18 column (4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the sample size was 10 μL. The determine wave length was 278 nm and the column temperature was kept at 30℃. Results The six components in Huangdan Yinchen Keli reached baseline separation within 40 minutes. Their relationship between the concentration and the peak areas was linear. The relative standard deviation ( RSD) of repeata-bility, precision and recovery were all less than 3. 0%. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, reliable and it can simultaneously measure the content of baicalin, baicalei, wogonoside, wogonin, and oroxylin A, oroxylin A-glucoronide in Huangdan Yinchen Keli.关键词
