Abstract
Objective This study is to explore the curative effect of conbercept combined with triamcinolone acetonide to treat retinal veinobstruction caused by macular edema. Methods We used optical coherence tomography ( OCT) and fundus fluorescein angiography ( FFA) to diag-nose 45 patients with diabetic macular edema, a total of 85 eyes included. Patients in A groups were simply treated with triamcinolone acetonide treatment, while in B groups were treated by conbercept combined with triamcinolone acetonide. OCT and corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure and other adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment for 1 months and 3 months respec-tively. The statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 17. 0. Results Compared with pretherapy, the patient’s visual acuity had largely improved for 3 months after treatment. OCT and corrected vi-sual acuity improvement effect were more significant in group of drugs combination. Conclusion Conbercept combined with intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide is an effective method for diabetic macular edema of therapy, which can improve the safety and efficacy of treatment.关键词
