摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the dynamic electrocardiogram ( DCG) and conventional electrocardiogram ( ECG) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods The author randomly selected 42 patients with coronary heart disease from January 2014 to December 2014 in the hospital, dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram as the main so-lution to make diagnosis and to observe the effectiveness. Results The results showed that the dy-namic electrocardiogram as the main solution to diagnose coronary heart disease in patients with myo-cardial ischemia and arrhythmia, the overall positive rate is generally higher with significantly differe-nce ( P<0. 05) . Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram as the main method of diagnosis for myo-cardial ischemia and arrhythmia that will help to improve the overall detection rate.关键词
