Biological characteristics of adipose-derived stem cells and research progress in the treatment of aging on skin
摘要
Abstract
Aging on skin is mainly due to collagen synthesis and decreased angiogenesis, in-cluding changes of skin structure and physiological function, caused by multiple factors. Adipose-de-rived stem cells ( ADSCs) have multiple differentiative potential. Various cytokines secreted by ADSCs have significant effects on angiogenesis, revascularization, immune regulation, wound healing and tissue regeneration, which have become a hot topic in the field of cosmetic dermatology research, and also achieved preliminary clinical results on the treatment of skin photo aging.关键词
