Abstract
Peanut milk mixed protein beverage is a product which is produced by the combination of plant protein and animal protein.The mar-ket status and development prospect was introduced simply, key process was designed.The selection and dosage of stabilizers, the optimal homo-geneous conditions, sterilization temperature, quality control points were studied, which have significant reference for enterprises actual produc-tion process.关键词
