Abstract
Objective:Through randomized controlled trial, to explore the efficacy of twelve Jing acupoints bloodletting combined with herbal fumi-gation for affected limb edema in apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods:60 cases of patients with affected limb edema in apoplectic hemiplegia were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by twelve Jing acupoints bloodletting combined with herbal fumi-gation (self-made empirical formula by our department), while control group by orally taking hydrochlorothiazide combined with air pressure treat-ment on affected limb. Results: The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of twelve Jing acupoints bloodletting combined with herbal fumigation in treatment of affected limb edema in apoplectic hemiple-gia is better than that of orally taking hydrochlorothiazide combined with air pressure treatment on affected limb, and has fewer side effects, deserves clinical promotion.关键词
