穴位敷贴对功能性消化不良伴焦虑性失眠患者睡眠质量的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupoint application to the sleep quality of patients with functional dyspepsia associated with anxiety insomnia. Methods: 81 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group treated by basic treat-ment, while treatment group by acupoint application on the basis of basic treatment, evaluated the efficacy and PSQI grading after a month. Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the PSQI score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupoint application has improved the sleep quality of patients with functional dyspepsia associated with anxiety insomnia, which is suitable to clinical promotion.关键词
