摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of anterior tibial muscle reperfusion manipulation with superficial needle for lumbar disc herniation. Methods:80 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), the control group treated by electroacupuncture, while treatment group by anterior tibial muscle reperfusion manipulation with superficial needle, ob-serve the efficacy and improvement of SF-MPQ score of two groups. Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00%that of control group (P<0.05);the improvement of SF-MPQ score of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Superficial needling can effectively reduce the pain of patients wtih lumbar disc herniation, which analge-sic effect is better than electroacupuncture.关键词
