美式整脊疗法治疗骶髂关节功能性半脱位疗效观察
Efficacy Observation on American Chiropractic Treatment for Functional Subluxation of Sacroiliac Joint

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy of American chiropractic treatment for functional subluxation of sacroiliac joint. Methods:55 cases of patients with functional subluxatino of sacroiliac joint were treated by American chiropractic treatment, and used visual analogue scale (VAS) and the improvement of the flexion-extension activity of sacroiliac joint to evaluate the efficacy. Results:After treatment, the VAS score was significantly lower than that of before treatment (P<0.05), and the functional unequal length of lower limbs was also significantly lower than that of before treatment (P<0.05);for the positive rate of flexion restriction of sacroiliac joint, there was no statistical difference between before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion:American chiropractic treatment can safely and effectively cure functional subluxation of sacroiliac joint.关键词
