Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy of "tongue three needles" combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation for dysphagia after stroke. Methods:87 cases of patients were randomly divided into electrical stimulation group (43 cases) and acupuncture group (44 cases). The elec-trical stimulation group treated by neuromuscular electrical stimulation, while acupuncutre group by"tongue three needles"on the basis of neuromus-cular electrical stimulation. Results:After treatment, the improvement of water swallow test score was better than that of before treatment (P<0.05), and the score improvement of acupuncture group was better than electrical stimulation group (P<0.05); the overall response rate of acupuncture group was significantly high than that of electrical stimulation group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of"tongue three needles"combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation can significantly improve the swallowing function of stroke patients.关键词
