Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and the therapeutic strategy of adult type granulosa cell tumor (GCT) of the ovary. Method:Clinical data of the 56 adult type GCT patients was retrospectively reviewed and the survival impact of surgery and chemotherapy was ana-lyzed. Result:The 5-year OS rate of all patients were 89.3%. Among patients with stage I, comprehensive staging surgery and chemotherapy showed no survival benefits (P=0.877 and P=0.738). Conclusion:The prognosis of adult type GCT is favorable. For stage I patients, conservative surgical treatment is an appropriate choice, while chemotherapy should be considered for those with high risk factors.关键词
