Study on the Way of Effectively Improving Normal Students′Teaching Skills
摘要
Abstract
In order to promote normal students'professional qualities and practical skills, and improve their teaching ability, based on the current problems existed in conventional teaching and education internship of Primary Education major in higher voca-tional colleges, the article puts forward the way and promoting strategies for teaching skill training from four aspects , namely, knowledge preparation, teaching skill training, double tutor system and education internship, and tries to maximize the efficiency of each element to cultivate excellent talents who are willing to do , able to do well and can be retained.关键词
