明清温病学家对阴阳学说的阐释与应用
Interpretation and application of theory of yin and yang by physicians of Epidemic Febrile Diseases in Ming and Qing dynasty
摘要
Abstract
Theory of yin and yang is the foundation of TCMtheoretical system.In Ming and Qing dynasty, school of Epidemic Febrile Diseases was rising,with the characteristics of drugs with cold or cool property in prescriptions and methods of nourishing yin.Although the arising school changed the conventional situ-ations of “using Changes to explain TCM”and “recuperating yang should be always considered as impor-tant rather than replenishing yin”,the basic feature of theory of yin and yang undoubtedly lay in its spe-cific differentiation and treatment.The physicians of Epidemic Febrile Diseases,with the representation of YE Tianshi,developed the theory of yin and yang of “preserving the body fluids”,“nourishing Yin and blood”and “promoting the flow of yang and qi”.关键词
