益气养阴消癥通络中药对早期糖尿病大鼠肾小球滤过屏障裂孔膜蛋白的影响
Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Decoction on CD2AP and WT-1 in glomer-ular filtration barrier of rats with diabetic nephropathy at early stage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo (replenishing qi and nourishing yin and resolving mass and freeing collateral vessels)Decoction (here in after called "TCM"),a Chinese herbal medicine compound,on glomerular filtration barrier of rats with diabetic ne-phropathy (DN)at early stage.Methods Total 110 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,irbesartan group (15 mg/kg),TCM low-dose,mid-dose and high-dose group at dose of 5.29,10.58 and 21.16 g/kg respectively.DN rat model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotozin (STZ)with left nephrectomy.Rats in control group were only performed left nephrecto-my.Each medication group was intragastrically administrated (i.g.)corresponding drugs,and the con-trol group and model group were adminstrated with the same volume of normal saline,for consecutive six weeks.Then protein expressions of CD2AP and WT-1 were detected by using PCR,and mRNA expres-sions were determined by Western blotting.Results Compared with model group,mRNA and protein expressions of CD2AP and WT-1 in all TCM groups and irbesartan group increased significantly(P <0.01 ).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozhou Tongluo Decoction protected the glomerular filtration barrier in the outer membrane and structure and function of podocytes,and slowed down the development of DN.关键词
