大黄对慢性便秘模型大鼠结肠血管活性肠肽水平及肠动力影响研究
Effect of rhubarb on the vasoactive intestinal peptide and motility in colon tissues of rats with chronic constipation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Rhubarb on the vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)in colon tissues in the Lop-ersmide-induced constipated rats.Methods:18 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,the control group,model group and rhubarb group.Model group and rhubarb group were prepared with the fittest dosage of Lopersmide(1 .5 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 )mixed suspension 2 mL lavage 7 d.After model establishment,rhubarb group with rhubarb (5 mg /kg)mixed suspension 2 mL lavage.Detec-tion of colonic transmission,ELISA detection of AQP3 content.Results:(1 )After building the model,the rats’weight gain,the colon feces increase,waste water content reduce and the transmission time of the intestinal tract prolonged(P <0.05 );2)The feces and the waste water content of rats in rhubarb group were increased obviously(P <0.05 ).(3)Rhubarb intervention in rats with constipation, the colonic transit time was shortened,VIP level was significantly lower than the model group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Rhubarb can accelerate intestinal transmission,may be related to reducing the level of VIP in the colon of rats,and promoting the intestinal peristal-sis.关键词
