复合多肽溶菌酶在智牙冠周炎治疗中的应用
The application of composite polypeptide lysozyme on treatment of opsi-genes pericoronitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the synergistic antibacterial effect of composite polypeptide lysozyme in treating opsigenes pericoronitis and evaluate its clinical effect.Methods:This experiment was composed of two parts;the first part is in vitro bacteriostasis experiment,selecting the sensitive bacterium in opsigenes pericoronitis,including staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa,streptococcus mutan.Added the dilution of antibacterial peptides and human lysozyme by two times the gradient dilution method into 96 cell culture plate;after 24 hours culture in 37.0 ℃ constant temperature incubator,observed whether antibacterial pep-tides compound human lysozyme have synergistic antimicrobial effect or not.The second part is clinical experiment.Randomly divided patients into experimental group and control group,69 cases in each,the experimental group used compound lysozyme polypeptide mouthwash;the control group used compound chlorhexidine gargle.After three consecutive days of follow-up,which is before treatment, the first and second day after treatment,counted the colony of periodontal secretions and evaluated clinical indicators.Results:The com-bined use of antibacterial peptides and human lysozyme have synergistic antimicrobial effects to standard strains of staphylococcus au-reus,escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa,streptococcus mutans,and parts of resistant strains of staphylococcus aureus,escherichi-a coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa.Conclusion:Antimicrobial peptides complex human lysozyme has good synergistic effect on some bacte-ria caused opsigenes pericoronitis,compounded as gargle water can effectively reduce the blind pouch bacterial reproduction,alleviate the symptoms of opsigenes pericoronitis.关键词
