帕金森病非运动症状临床特点研究
The clinical features of non-motor symptoms in Parkinson disease patients

Abstract
Objective:To overall assess Non-motor symptoms (NMS)in Parkinson diseases (PD)patients and to study the differences of NMS between male and female as well as early-onset PD (EOPD)and late-onset PD (LOPD)patients.Methods:The U-nified PD Rating Scale part Ⅲ (UPDRS Ⅲ)and Hoehn and Yahr (H&Y)stage were accessed with motor function and disease severi-ty.The incidence of non-motor symptoms in PD patients was assessed with the non-motor symptom rating scale.Results:38 EOPD and 62 LOPD were included in our study.The “feeling of nervousness”and “pain”symptoms were more prevalent in female patients than in male patients while “attention deficit”,“forgetting to do things”symptoms were more prevalent in male patients than in female pa-tients.Urinary symptoms and other non-motor symptoms are more common in male patients.The NMS of gastrointestinal and urinary do-mains were more common in LOPD patients than in EOPD patients,whereas “difficulty swallowing”,“constipation”,“nocturia”and“taste or smell”symptoms were more common in LOPD patients.Conclusion:NMS was common in PD population.Male and female PD patients had different non-motor symptoms.LOPD patients were likely to suffer more NMS than EOPD patients.关键词
