转化生长因子-β1与表皮生长因子在成人增生性瘢痕中的表达及意义
Expression and significance of TGF-β1 and EGF in adult hypertrophic scar
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1 )and epidermal growth facto (EGF)in adults hy-pertrophic scars occurred in possible role,to provide basis for clinical prevention.Methods:The expression of TGF-β1 and EGF in adult hypertrophic scar and adult normal skin was quantitatively detected by SP and ELISA methods.Results:TGF-β1 ,EGF in adults hyper-trophic scars showed high expression,both expressed in adult hyperplastic scar levels were positively correlated.Conclusion:TGF-β1 , EGF in adults hypertrophic scars showed high expression,TGF-β1 and EGF expression levels in adult hypertrophic scars were positively correlated,which provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of skin hypertrophic scars.关键词
