Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application and related mechanism of new treatments for chemotherapy extravasa-tion injury.Methods:100 cases of oncology patients with chemotherapy extravasation injury who were hospitalized during March 2012 and March 2015,were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the control group were given 2% anisodamine for local closure therapy while patients in the observation group were given 2% anisodamine combined with 1 % lidocaine.All the patients were given cold compress with sustained pressure for 1 day and subsequently hot compress.50% MgSO4 was used both in the cold compress and the hot compress.The clinical effect was observed between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group,the time of skin wound healing was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:2% anisodamine combined with 1 % lidocaine can effectively treat chemotherapy ex-travasation injury.This therapy is worthy of clinical application and application.关键词
