集束化护理干预在椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effects of cluster nursing intervention in intervertebral foramen endoscope-guided lumbar discectomy for lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 96 patients undergoing intervertebral foramen endoscope-guided lumbar discectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases for each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,based on which observation group was added with cluster nursing intervention.Nursing efficacy was com-pared between two groups.Results:Self-anxiety rating scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS)scores after nursing were prominently lower than those before nursing,and were obviously lower in observation group than those in control group (P <0.01 ).Vis-ual analogue scale (VAS)score lowered significantly and duration of pain shortened obviously in observation group when compared with those in control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01 ).The degree of satisfaction was 91 .67% in observation group,higher than 75.00% in control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention can obviously improve anxiety and depression,alleviate pain,and shorten duration of pain as well as enhance the degree of satisfaction for nursing in patients with intervertebral foramen endoscope-guided lumbar discectomy.关键词
