摘要

Abstract

Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease all over the world which is mainly distributed in Mediterranean countries and Middle East countries. The incidence increased every year. It is a systemtic infection involving multiple organs caused by brucellosis, while the spine is the most affected. MR imaging is the currently the best imaging tool for diagnosis and follow-up in patients with spinal infections. Especially dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance in clinical applications, making the spine lesions of the clinical diagnosis rate is getting higher and higher. MRI and Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of brucella spondylitis and the differential diagnosis will be reviewed in this article.
