摘要

Abstract

Temperature rise characteristic is the key factor which affects the reliability of overload relay.The typical overload relay is taken as research object.After the heat transfer principle of overload relay is analyzed and the tem-perature field is simulated, the temperature monitoring points are selected.The method of temperature rise monitoring is determined.Based on PIC16F877A, the real-time monitoring system of temperature rise performance is designed. The real-time monitoring results with different setting current times are analyzed.The results of real-time monitoring, theoretical analysis and simulation are compared to verify the feasibility of the system.
