Abstract
Combining the training requirements of chemical outstanding engineers, operating conditions and the demand of local chemical enterprises, we put forward the step-by-step guidance mode based on supervisor responsibility system. The guidance mode wil improve innovation quality and engineering practice ability of students, and form the cultivating mode of local universities.关键词
