摘要
Abstract
The acetylation, purification and characterization of a typical comprehensive chemistry experiment"the synthesis and characterization of acetylferrocene"were described in this paper. The details of reactants addition, reaction temperature control, neutralization, TLC monitoring, column chromatography and characterization of the product with infrared spectrum and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum were investigated. Instruction for students on how to plan comprehensive chemistry experiment, improve the ability for observing, analyzing and solving problems were discussed.关键词
