摘要

Abstract

The accurately prediction of the temperature field in Large crude oil storage tank is of great significance for the strategic and commercial reserve of crude oil.At present,the empirical formula is used to calculate heat dissipating capacity and temperature drop of storage tank in the project,because the temperature drop of crude oil in the storage tank is a unsteady heat transfer process,the prediction results of the empirical formula has a great error with the truth,and the empirical formula can't give the law of the temperature drop of the crude oil in the tank,and can't guide the practical production.Here the numerical algorithm was adopted,a numerical simulation of the temperature drop process was made under the condition of natural cooling for the large crude oil storage tank with the aid CFD software,and the crude oil temperature field was obtained in different time;And the influence of parameters was analyzed such as the thickness of thermal insulation layer,the temperature of crude oil,the liquid level of the tank on the unsteady heat transfer characteristics of crude oil.The results of Calculation could provide certain theoretical guidance for practical engineering applications.
