消纳大规模风电的电力系统源荷协同调度
Source-load Coordination Dispatching for Power System Considering Large-scale Wind Power Accommodation

Abstract
Large-scale wind power integration into the power grid may bring new challenges to traditional dispatching system and full utilization of load-side schedulable resources can remit dispatching pressure of the power grid. In order to make both generation side and user side participate in economic dispatching for the power grid,this paper sets up models for interrupt-ible load and transferable load as well as the source-load coordination dispatching model including multiple controllable load. It uses extreme scenario method to dispose fluctuation scenario of wind power and CPLEX solver for calculation. The results indicate that the mode of source-load coordination dispatching can make the peak valley difference decrease 389 MW and im-prove wind power acceptance capacity of the power grid,of which the maximum acceptable wind power permeability rises from 1 1% to 2 1%.关键词
