Abstract
in typical region with shortage of water resources in Hami region of Xinjiang, the agricultural water saving compensation mechanism has been researched.A effective operational mechanism of ““agricultural water saving for industrial water, industrial benefit compensating agriculture” has been established.Practice has proved that the enthusiasm of the parties involved in water con-servation projects has been motivated, water resources has been allocated effectively.关键词
