基于目标管理的高校中层管理干部绩效考评的实践研究

Abstract
As executives of school development planning and great decision, middle-level cadres are the domi-nant force in management in colleges and universities, playing an important role of connection link between upper management and ordinary teachers. The study on the performance evaluation mechanism of middle-level cadres in higher education is based on management by objective. Under the guidance of management by objective, this paper first sets the goal of performance evaluation of middle-level cadres, and then constructs the performance evaluation index system, finally establishes the measures for the implementation of the performance evaluation of middle-level cadres.关键词
