提升高校教师职业道德素养的途径浅析

Abstract
Teachers in higher education is part of the core competitiveness, it is the solid foundation of a uni-versity for sustainable development. To teach well and train talents, we should have a large number of outstanding teachers to lead the students. A good education needs a good teacher,for the teacher's moral qualities, ethics train-ing directly affect the students' personality cognition, talent development, relating to the future of the country, the nation, which is a focus of the current issue of teachers in colleges and universities. The author discusses the is-sue from three aspects like significance, principles and ways of improving college teachers ' professional ethics.关键词
