Abstract
As a product of modern information technology, Internet provides a unique environments for voca-tional English studying. On the background of the "Internet+", traditional teaching mode can't make English learn-ers do autonomous learning anytime and anywhere. Based on the "Internet+", the construction of English learning resources can let the learners find a better method of active learning, which changed traditional learning process, and promote their individualized learning.关键词
