摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of injuries on quality of life (QOL) in hospitalized patients of armed police forces, which would improve medical service levels. Methods:Health questionnaires(SF-36)were used for evaluating the QOL in 196 hospitalized patients at the second day of admission, and healthy people were control group. Patients were divided into cured group, sequela group and remission group, according to different clinical outcomes. QOL was measured at 1 day before discharge. Difference among clinical outcomes and change between patients and healthy controls of QOL were performed. Results:RP, BP, GH, VT and RE in hospitalized patients were (57.5±49.6)、(79.0±16.3)、(82.6±13.5)、(74.8±11.9) and (49.8±32.9) respectively, which were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). All domains in cured groups before discharge were improved significantly than healthy control (P>0.05). The RP, BP, VT and RE in sequela groups, and BP and VT in remission groups before discharge were significantly lower than those in cured groups and in healthy control(P<0.05). Conclu⁃sion:Injuries will pose a negative effect on QOL of hospitalized patients, which can not completely go away at end-point of clinical treatment. So it is extremely important to provide psychological assistance to them, especially to those with sequelae or only remission in clinical symp⁃toms.关键词
