摘要

Abstract

Methods for Lactobacillus vitality preservation were investigated in order to find a good method which can be used for large scale production of Lactobacillus feed additive. The methods such as stored at 4℃, dehydrated at 36℃ and using calcium ion active carrier absorption to preserve Lactobacillus plantarum were compared. With a standard that the valid bacteria was not less than 50% while being treated, the control sample could be preserved for 15 days;stored at 4℃ could be kept for 30 days;dehydrated at 36 ℃ could only last for one week;while using positive ion active carrier, it could be preserved for more than 2 months. As a result, the method using calcium ion active carrier preservation could be applied in large scale production of Lactobacillus feed additive.
