Abstract
A new compound disinfectant was prepared by combining o-phthalaldehyde, double chain quaternary ammonium salt and auxiliary chemicals. The experiments showed that the germicidal efficacy of the compound disinfectant on Candida albicans was 100% at the concentration of 2 000 mg/L. Under the conditions of at 45 ℃ for 15 days, the ortho-phthalaldehyde decline rate of compound disinfectant was about 2 . 26%, stability and sterilization ability was obviously improved. Fats cleaning rate exceeded 98%. So it had a dual function of disinfection and cleaning. The use of the compound disinfectant of ortho-phthalaldehyde had high efficiency,shorter germicidal time and convenient usage, and less harm to medical personnel. Therefore, it is worth to use in the hospital clinical operations.关键词
