几种常用防腐剂对日化产品中腐败微生物抑制效果研究
Effect evaluation of antiseptic preservatives commonly used in cosmetic products

Abstract
In order to understand the antiseptic effects of preservatives commonly used in cosmetic products, the minimal inhibitory concentration and microbiology challenge test was used to evaluate the effects of different preservatives on different microbes. In the actual cosmetics products, the kathon tolerance of the microorganisms separated from the contaminated cosmetics was nearly 0. 0015%, close to the standard limit. The other four kinds of preservatives within the prescribed application range had good inhibition effects on microorganisms, such as kathon at 0. 0015%, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate at 0. 2%, imidazolidinyl urea at 0. 075%, and benzyl alcohol at 0. 2%, respectively. These cosmetic products could pass microbial challenge test. Based on actual circumstances, cosmetic product enterprises should screen various compounded preservatives for establishing more efficient and economical preservative system.关键词
