前列地尔与福辛普利联合治疗对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、氧化应激的影响
Effect of alprostadil combined with fosinopril therapy on renal function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of alprostadil combined with fosinopril therapy on renal function and oxida-tive stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Eighty cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were included in this study and randomly divided into observation group and control group (n =40),control group received fosinopril therapy a-lone and observation group received alprostadil combined with fosinopril therapy.Differences in serum renal function indexes, renal damage indexes of ultrasound contrast,oxidative stress indexes,etc.were compared between two groups.Results:Serum blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr)and 24-h urine protein values of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05);the left kidney and right kidney area under the curve (AUC)and time to peak (TTP) values were significantly lower than those of control group while derived peak intensity (DPI)value was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05);serum 8-OHdG and malondialdehyde (MDA)values were significantly lower than those of control group while superoxide dismutase (SOD)and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC)values were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.05).Conclusions:Alprostadil combined with fosinopril therapy can reduce renal cortex dam-age in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and plays a positive role in optimizing renal function and reducing systemic oxidative stress.关键词
