奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨对中晚期胃癌患者术后化疗的疗效及对血清CA125、CEA、TPS、CYFRA21-1、CA19-9及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响
Effect of oxal iplatin combined with capeeitabine as chemotherapy on serum CA125,CEA, TPS,CYFRA21-1,CA1 9-9 and T lymphocyte subsets of post-operative patients with ad-vanced gastric carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect oxaliplatin combined with capeeitabine as chemotherapy on serum CA125, CEA,TPS,Cyfra21-1,CA1 9-9 and T lymphocyte subsets of post-operative patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.Meth-ods;A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to January 201 6 were enrolled in this study.The subjects were divided into control group (n = 40 )and experiment group (n = 40 )randomly.Patients in control group were treated with the FOLFOX chemotherapy regimens,the experiment group were treated with the XELOX chemo-therapy regimens using oxaliplatin combined with capeeitabine.With 14 days for a period of treatment,the two groups were treated for 3 periods.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The serum CA125,CEA,TPS,Cyfra21-1,CA1 9-9 levels and peripheral blood CD3 + ,CD4 + and CD8 + cells of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Re-sults:There were no significantly differences of the serum CA125,CEA,TPS,Cyfra21-1,CA1 9-9 level and peripheral blood CD3 + ,CD4 + and CD8 + cells of the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).The serum CA125,CEA,TPS,Cyfra21-1 and CA1 9-9 level of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05),and that of experi-ment were significantly lower than control group (P <0.05 ).The peripheral blood CD3 + ,CD4 + and CD8 + cells of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment (P <0.05 ),and that of experiment were significantly higher than control group (P <0.05).Conclusions:Oxaliplatin combined with capeeitabine as chemotherapy for post-operative patients with advanced gastric carcinoma can significantly reduce the serum CA125,CEA,TPS,Cyfra21-1 and CA1 9-9 levels, improve peripheral blood CD3 + ,CD4 + and CD8 + levels of the patients,and it was worthy clinical application.关键词
