螺旋型鼻肠管在大面积烧伤患者肠内营养支持中的应用观察OACSTPCD

目的：：观察螺旋型鼻肠管对大面积烧伤患者营养支持的效果，旨在为大面积烧伤患者选择高效的肠内营养途径提供依据.方法：选取中国人民解放军第251医院2014年1月~2015年6月收治的60例大面积烧伤患者，依据营养支持置管方式不同分为观察组及对照组各30例，观察组患者采用螺旋型鼻肠管行肠内营养支持治疗，对照组采用常规胃管进行肠内营养支持治疗，记录两组置管前及置管后第3、6、10天的营养情况及并发症发生率.结果：观察组置管后第6、10天白蛋白(ALB)…查看全部>>
