雷珠单抗联合光动力疗法对湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者视觉功能、敏感度及血清 VEGF 含量的影响
Effect of Lucentis combined with photodynamic therapy on visual performance and sensitivity as well as serum VEGF levels in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Lucentis combined with photodynamic therapy on visual performance and sensitivity as well as serum VEGF levels in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration.Methods:A total of 78 patients (78 eyes)with wet age-related macular degeneration who received treatment in our hospital were included for study and ran-domly divided into observation group and the control group (n =39)according to different treatment methods.Control group received photodynamic therapy (PDT)alone,observation group received Lucentis combined with photodynamic therapy,and then differences in visual performance and sensitivity as well as serum VEGF levels,etc were compared between two groups. Results:a-and b-wave amplitude and BCVA values of observation group after treatment were higher than those of control group,and CMT value was lower than that of control group (P <0.05);contrast visual acuity under 100%,25%,10% and 5% contrast of observation group after 12 months of treatment were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05 );serum VEGF and PDGF values of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group,and ES,ES/VEGF and ES/PDGF values were higher than those of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Lucentis combined with photodynamic thera-py can optimize the visual performance in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration and reduce retinal neovasculariza-tion,and it has positive clinical significance.关键词
