320排容积 CT 多期增强扫描联合血管成像诊断肺内肿块的价值研究

Abstract
Objective: To research the value of multi-phase enhancement scanning of 320-row volume CT combined with CTA in diagnosing pulmonary mass .Methods: The data of 102 patients treated in our hos-pital from April 2014 to April 2016 was retrospectively analyzed, and divided into two groups according to tumor pathology results, the benign lesions group and the lung cancer group .Two groups received the diagnosis of multi-phase enhancement scanning of 320-row volume CT combined with CTA.Results:The displaying rate of feeding artery in the benign lesions group was lower than that in the lung cancer group .And CT enhance-ment value of the other three kinds of aorta in the benign lesions group was smaller than that in the lung cancer group except for hemangioma (P<0.05).Conclusion: Multi-phase enhancement scanning of 320-row volume CT combined with CTA in diagnosing pulmonary mass has high value , which is worthy of clinical application and research.关键词
