DSA 在急性缺血性脑血管病介入治疗中的应用价值研究

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of DSA in the interventional therapy for acute ische -mic cerebrovascular disease.Methods: 66 cases with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected as the research object.All patients were given interventional treatment and application of DSA in interventional procedure was inspected.The application value of DSA was observed .Results:The DSA examination showed that 11 cases of normal blood vessels accounted for 16.67%; 55 cases with vascular abnormalities, including with cerebral artery stenosis rate up to 54.55%, with 6.06% minimum traffic artery aneurysms.After treat-ment, vascular area stenosis degree,vessel diameter stenosis degree , the length of the lesions and minimum di-ameter were significantly better than those before treatment , the difference was significant statistically signifi -cant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Using DSA examination in the prevention and treatment of acute ischemic cere -brovascular disease can significantly improve the detection rate in acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease , ad-verse reaction rate is low.And it can be widely used in clinical .关键词
