静脉溶栓对急性脑梗死患者氧化应激反应及神经功能的影响
Influence of Intravenous Thrombolysis on Oxidative Stress and Neurologic Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis in treating the pa -tients with acute cerebral infarction , and the change of oxidative stress index and neurologic function .Meth-ods: 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were selected and divid-ed into two groups randomly.And two groups received conventional treatment and intravenous thrombolysis treatment.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was evidently higher than that of the control group 14 days after treatment(P<0.05).And the ox-LDL and GSH-px of the treatment group were improved better than that of the control group after treatment (P <0.05).The NIHSS and mRS score of the treatment group was evidently better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Intravenous thrombolysis not only can effectively treat acute cerebral infarction , but also can remit oxidative stress and promote the recovery of neurologic function, which has ideal effect.关键词
