p53 p63及 p73在鼻咽癌患者组织中的表达及临床意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of p53 p63 and p73 in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of p 53, p63 and p73 in pa-tients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Methods: 89 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients diagnosed from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were chosen as the observation group .The other 50 cases with chronic inflammatory disease were as the control group .The expression of p73, p63 and p53 in the two groups were compared, and the significance of its characteristics in different clinical cases were analyzed .Results:The positive rates of p73, p63 and p53 in the observation group were 67.42% (60 /89), 87.64% (78 /89) and 53.03% (48/89), which were significantly higher than those in the control group (28%), 36% (18 /50), 20% (10 /50).Positive rates of p73, p63 and p53 in different sex and age were not significantly differ -ent.In patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis , the expression of p63, p53 was higher, and the positive rate of the expression of p 63 and p73 in TNM stage was higher and the pathological type was higher than that of the expression of p 63 in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma .The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: The expression of p63, p73 and p53 gene in nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma patients is highly expressed , and it has significant correlation with clinical stage , lymph node metastasis and pathological typing .The monitoring of p53, p63 and p73 genes have good guidance for clinical treatment and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .关键词
