摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the liver function and homocysteine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with fatty liver, and to provide the basis for the comprehensive management of clinical dia -betic patients.Methods: The medical records of patients with diabetes were collected in the Department of en -docrinology of Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from October 2012 to October 2014.All the pa-tients were divided into the experimental group (type 2 diabetes with fatty liver group 136 cases) and control group (simplex type 2 diabetes 138 cases), based on ultrasond diagnosis and clinical manifestation .The clini-cal data of the two groups, including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), γ-glutamyl transferase (γ-GGT), and homocysteine (Hcy) other indicators were collected.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to 2 test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis .Results:① Univariate analysis of fatty liver in type 2 diabetic patients with postmenopausal women : relate to AST, ALT, γ-GGT, Hcy, there were significant differences (P<0.05).② Multivariate logistic regression analysis of fatty liver in type 2 diabetic patients with postmenopausal women :the result showed that γ-GGT (OR =5.108, 95%CI =2.802 -9.311) are all the risk factors of fatty liver.Conclusions: Liver function and Hcy are the postmenopausal factors af -fecting female type 2 diabetic patients with fatty liver.Better control of liver function and homocysteine levels may help prevent the occurrence of fatty amines .关键词
