超声在子宫切口憩室诊断中的应用价值
The Clinical Value on the Diagnosis of Hysterotomy Diverticulum by Ultrasonography
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of uterine incision diverticulum in patients with histories of cesarean section .Methods: 76 cases of post-cesarean patients diag-nosed uterine incision diverticulum by ultrasonography were collected .The clinical manifestations and sono -graphic features were analyzed retrospectively .Results:76 post-cesarean patients had menstruatin change .Ul-trasound examination showed that there was an echo free zone in the inferior segment muscular layer or serosal layer of anterior uterine wall incisional.Conclusions: Ultrasound can give an early and accurate diagnosis for uterine incisional diverticulum.关键词
